Gas Supply Equipment

Sometimes a single tank isn't enough!

About Gas Supply Equipment

If you are looking to increase the propane capacity for your high-powered propane device or looking to add a longer distance between your propane device and your fuel supply we have you covered! We can even help if you’re looking to add a backup tank to your propane device that will automatically swap over if you run out of fuel on a primary tank (typically in the middle of the night when the heater turns off or halfway through a grilling sesh with your friends.) Our auto-changeover manifold will keep you warm all night and keep the grill cooking all day.  Browse through our most commonly purchase manifold and see which one will fit your need.

The Dual Stage Dual Tank Manifold is often an ideal manifold for gas appliances that require a high demand of BTU energy such as large generators or pool heaters. This manifold allows two propane tanks to be connected together to create one large fuel source that supplies second stage gas pressures for low-pressure applications, between 9-13inches w.c.  We recommend the fuel source is within 25ft of the application because of the low pressure in the gas hose. We install a quick connect fitting on the output of this manifold that connects to a hose with the same leak-proof quick connection fitting – at the output end of the hose we connect via another connects with a quick-connect fitting to a manifold that is installed directly to the application.  This appliance manifold has a ball valve and 15inch w.c. gas gauge. The gas gauge allows the supply pressure to be adjusted after the pressure from the hose length.  (If you need to travel a greater distance you will need to look at a manifold that outputs first stage pressure and reduce it to second stage pressure after the long-distance gas hose.)

To properly apply fuel with this Dual Stage Dual Tank Manifold, it is important to know the outside air temperature has an effect on the BTU energy a tank can supply. To properly size the combination of tanks for your application. (Review our tanks sizing chart to determine which tank size would work best for your environment and BTU requirement.)

The Tri-Tank Propane Manifold is packed with tons of capabilities, It can connect to 3 propane tanks at the same time for a massive combined fuel capacity. (Note: The fuel level in the tanks will be blended to be the same amount in each tank causing them to drain at the same rate and time)  With the added feature of ball valves on the end, two of the tank whips allow this manifold to operate from a single tank or a dual tank configuration. The tanks are fed into a high output 1st stage regulator that is capable of 2,000,000Btu/h. We also added the feature of a leak-proof quick disconnect after the 1st stage regulator that allows you to increase the fuel capacity or supply fuel for another application.  The high output 1st stage regulator outputs an adjustable gas pressure between 4-5psi which allows the distribution hose to be lengths up to 400ft with the ½” hose and 100ft with the ⅜” hose. Most applications would require a high output second stage application manifold, rated to 800,000Btu/hr, installed at the propane device to reduce the 4-5psi in the distribution hose to a low-pressure residential pressure adjustable between 9-13in w.c. This propane manifold would be ideal for high-powered generators and heaters where the distance between the fuel supply and propane device is greater than 25ft.
-We offer several accessories that can be used with the added quick disconnect after the 1st stage regulator that allow another single regulated tank to be connected or another tri-tank manifold! (The tanks added through this quick disconnect fitting would not share a common fuel level with the primary 3 tanks and would drain at their own rate.)

The Deluxe Tri-Tank Propane Manifold would add a 1st stage regulator with a quick disconnect fitting on each tank. The manifold would connect to the regulators with a 6ft hose. This deluxe version of the Tri-Tank would allow each tank to drain at its own rate and would prevent the tanks from sharing the same fuel level. This deluxe version can be ordered in a Dual Tank configuration as well.

The Dual Stage Dual Tank Auto-Changeover Manifold is the perfect solution for generators and other propane-powered appliances in a warmer climate where the purpose is to supply temporary fuel. The Auto-Changeover function will allow two tanks to be connected but will draw fuel from a primary tank until it is empty, then automatically change the source of fuel to the secondary tank while changing the visual indicator to let you know your primary tank is empty. This function is convenient because you can disconnect the empty cylinder and change it or refill it while continuing to supply fuel with the secondary cylinder. We install a quick connect fitting on the output of this manifold that connects to a hose with the same leak-proof quick connection fitting – at the output end of the hose we connect via another connects with a quick-connect fitting to a manifold that is installed directly to the application. This appliance manifold has a ball valve and 15inch w.c. gas gauge. The gas gauge allows the supply pressure to be observed.  (If you need to travel a greater distance you will need to look at a manifold that outputs first stage pressure and reduce it to second stage pressure after the long-distance gas hose.)

To properly apply fuel with this auto-changeover manifold, it is important to know a single cylinder can supply enough BTU energy to properly operate your appliance. (Review our tank sizing chart to determine which tank size would work best for your environment and BTU requirement.)
